Satruday 25th April 2020 ~ 8pm - Eleanor Conway 'You may recognise me from Tinder'

ELEANOR CONWAY: YOU MAY RECOGNISE ME FROM TINDER

Eleanor suspects she may have intimacy issues. She always has sex on the first date and hasn’t got beyond a third date in over ten years. It’s a shame because she's really good at sex. She’s even crossed a line that many women have probably contemplated crossing on occasion but few have actually done: sex work. You know what they say... 'Choose a job you love and you'll never have to work a day in your life'. Conway follows up her global smash hit 'Walk of Shame' with a candid look at intimacy, shagging and crossing lines. TMI guaranteed.

An experienced music presenter she’s interviewed everyone from 50 Cent to Justin Bieber and spent her 20’s cavorting round the world for Ministry of Sound and Virgin Music.  Her self produced debut show tour for ‘Walk of Shame’, detailing her battle with addiction, sold out dates in over 10 countries on a multi-award winning 100 date tour.  An advocate for drug and alcohol rehabilitation in 2018 she hosted Kaleidoscope’s 50th celebration at the House of Lords as well as writing about her experiences dating in sobriety for The Guardian and guesting on BBC’s Woman’s Hour. You may also recognise her from Talk Radio, Sky News, The Mirror and Daily Express.

Satruday 16th May 2020 ~ 8pm - Robert White: The Tank Top Tour 2

Following on from the success of Britain’s Got Talent 2018, and his debut comedy Tour ‘The Tank Top Tour - 2019’, unique and hilarious musical comedian, Robert White, brings you more, but this time with a little of his personal journey, life ups and downs and some quirky tales into the bargain.

Tank Top Tour: Take Two - 'Troubles and Treats'

Robert White, that gay autistic keyboard-wielding comedian who you've almost forgotten [from Britain's Got Talent 2018], fresh off the heels of his debut tour last year, brings you his unique form of musical stand-up in a laugh packed hour, but this time with a little more edge, a little more personal revelation and a whole new tank top. Just him, some jokes, some songs, a keyboard and maybe a personal trouble or comedic treat, or two.

Robert is probably the only Asperger, dyslexic, cross lateral, gay, quarter-Welsh, webbed-toed comedian on the circuit...probably. This Edfringe White brings you more of the fun you saw on telly.... plus lots of extra naughty bits.

AUGUST

Saturday 8th August 2020 ~ 8pm - Wizz Jones

Wizz Jones – Acoustic Guitarist, Singer-Songwriter and  Bluesman!

Originally inspired by seeing Big Bill Broonzy and Ramblin’ Jack Elliot, Wizz learnt his guitar licks from the likes of Davy Graham and Long John Baldry whilst playing in the coffee bars of London’s Soho in the late 1950’s. Having followed the time-honoured buskers’ trail from the streets of Paris to the markets of Marrakech during the early 1960’s he returned to Britain with a unique acoustic guitar style, an eclectic repertoire and  “right hand worthy of Broonzy”! John Renbourn, Clapton and Keith Richards have all named him as an important early influence and in May 2012 Bruce Springsteen opened his Berlin show with Wizz’s song “When I Leave Berlin”.

In April 2019 Wizz celebrated his 80th birthday with a sell-out concert at The Cadogan Hall in London  and later that same year was presented with a life-time achievement award at The BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards in October.
